Utility Room: Washing machine, ironing board, iron and clothes horses.
Main bedroom has a double bed, large fitted wardrobes, dressing table and 2 bedside tables. En-suite bath/shower, separate shower, WC, bidet, and handbasin inset in marble.
Consists of 2 x single beds, fitted wardrobes and large set of drawers. Plus bedside cabinet. This bedroom also has it's own bathroom.
Overlooks the pool and has a dining table with 4 chairs, plus cane patio furniture consisting of a settee, 2 chairs and a coffee table, also 2 x Sun loungers. This terrace is half in shade and half in sun and furnished for relaxing and eating.
The rear terrace has mountain views and offers a smaller more tranquil spot to unwind after a busy day. This terrace also has dining facilities for 4 people.
Bedding, towels and tea towels are provided, but beach towels are not.
The apartment will be cleaned before your arrival and the beds will be made ready. Additional cleaning can be arranged by request (a supplement will be charged).
Notes on accommodation:
A car is recommended to enable you to enjoy all the amenities in the surrounding areas. Pets are not permitted and we would respectfully ask smokers to restrict this relaxation to the terraces.
In the interests of your health we would recommend that you do not leave the Air-Co on all night. It is suggested that you put the Air-Co. on about 30 mins before retiring. This will be sufficient to keep the bedroom cool throughout the night. The windows can also be left open as mosquito screens are built in.
There is underground parking in the garage directly below the apartment. With lift & stair access. The whole site is fenced and is very safe & secure. Access to the complex is only available by remote control or keys, provided upon arrival. We have an onsite management team who will meet and greet you and assist in anyway necessary.
The general ambiance of the complex is tranquil, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Exciting holiday adventures are all available, within a very short distance.
