Your holidayhome is situated on the urbanisation Rocca Grossa, and has a private parking, although you can easily park your car on the street in front of the villa. The villa is situated in a dead -end street.

Your villa has several terraces to offer you, lots of privacy to sit back and relax and at the same time you are not far from (2,5 km) from the beach and the centre of Lloret de Mar.

When you enter your modern decorated holidayhome you will find the kitchen at your right side and the large living room at your right, from there you can enter the lovely terrace which is situated at the front of your villa, with views over the garden and the sea! On the same level you have a seperate toilet.

From the hall you take the stairs up where you have 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 3 single beds) and 2 fully equipped bathrooms. One of the bedrooms offers you beautiful views over the sea!

The pool is situated in a very nice green garden, very private! Ideal to relax and enjoy the sun, together with your friends and in the evening a nice barbebue of the stone barbecue.

Villa Giulietta.. a lovely place underneath the Spanish sun to enjoy a great holiday, whether its with family or a group of friends!

This villa is ideal for groups of youngsters, but ofcourse are families welcome too.

Villa Giulietta is a 7 person holiday home with private pool, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It can become a 8 person holidayvilla by adding 1 bed, for an additional charge. You can find Villa Giulietta in Lloret de Mar, in the urbanisation Rocca Grossa, Costa Brava, España. The holidayvilla is around 2.5 km from the beach. About pets: small pet, a car is necessary.
The rental price includes normal use of water, electricity, gas and taxes.

THE FOLLOWING SPECIAL CONDITIONS APPLY FOR THIS HOLIDAY VILLA:
This villa is ideal for groups of youngsters, but ofcourse are families also welcome.

There is an elevated security deposit for youngsters (18 - 28 years) of € 500,00 and the rental of bedlinen (€15,00 per person) is obligatory.
