This villa is ideal for families, having a private pool and plenty of space, it is also centrally located for lots of attractions, from the beauty of the Alhambra Palace to the buzz of Marbella and Gibraltar. Whilst more locally you have the water park and cinema to the Natural Park and horse riding.
Having more than 300 days of sunshine per year means that we have an ideal climate. During the cooler months we have heating, making our villa a wonderful place for an extended winter holiday.
We are on the slopes of the highest mountain in Malaga, therefore the views all around are stupendous, we have a Natural Parque on our doorstep and we can be swimming in the Mediterranean in 20 minutes. The internet is connected by a pay-as-you-go 'Dongle'

En-suite to master with bath with shower fitment, toilet,twin vanity unit and mirror.
Main bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin with mirror and wrought iron towel shelving.

Kitchen:
Modern fully fitted, with granite worktops. Cooker, Ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, kettle, toaster and door to barbecue area and rear of the villa.

Living Rooms:
The light and bright lounge/dining room has three windows and double patio doors leading on to the terrace, and an arch to kitchen There is an open fireplace (currently not in use), 2 comfortable leather sofas, dining table and 8 chairs. Sky TV, flat screen TV and DVD/CD/Radio Player (with plug for iPod).

The villa is fully air-conditioned with air-con/heating units in each room.

Welcome packs will be provided with each arrival of a week or more, and a ‘full shop’ can be pre-ordered by email, at cost, plus a €25 surcharge. We will require a £130 refundable security deposit on your arrival, which will be returned to you on the day of departure subject to any breakages. We offer a 10% discount off the rate for the second week or more, and we are open to offers for late availability bookings. Only people named on the booking form will be allowed to stay in the villa, and the maximum number of guests must not exceed six and an infant.

We ask that you respect our villa and only smoke outdoors on the terraces, we have provided ashtrays for your use.

The villa is in an elevated position, therefore there are some steps up from road level, once on the terrace everything is then on the same level.

Notas
Cleaning/towels/linen:
Fresh towels including pool towels and linen are provided. The property is cleaned to a high standard prior to occupation, with a change of linen pursuant with length of stay.

We have no fixed change-over days, and are flexible, bookings dependant, on times in to and out of the villa. However, when needs must, we expect guests to vacate the property by 11.00, and arrive after 16.00.

Prices are in Pounds Sterling per week, and bookings will be confirmed upon payment of a 25% non-refundable deposit with the remainder to be paid in full, 6 weeks before your holiday start date. On receipt of your enquiry, we will hold your requested dates for ten days to allow your deposit to reach our bank account.
We will always be available to answer any questions or queries.
