Villa with views of Mijas mountains situated in a quiet residential area.
Away from all the crowds, yet within easy access of all the amenities this wonderful area has on offer.
Light airy villa with spacious open-plan living areas - large lounge - dining area and modern well equipped open plan kitchen with all modern appliances, plus a separate laundry room.
Airconditioning & heating in the main living area and the 3 upstairs bedrooms & for extra warmth in the winter a log burner.
5 bedrooms - 3 upstairs all en-suite , I double with sun terrace, 1 twin ,1 twin /double with sun terrace - 2 twin rooms downstairs with a large shared shower room.
For extra guests there are 3 single fold away beds available - for infants there are 2 cots and a highchair.
Villa has 2 large sun terraces and the small tropical garden provides the pool area and the house with seclusion. There is a covered terrace where it’s lovely to relax in the evenings and watch the sun set over the mountains.
Pool terrace for sunbathing with plenty of loungers. Well maintained pool heated in the winter.Heating optional 65€ per week. Pool is 3.70 X 6.90 meters. (Heating recommended March - November)
Bottom terrace has a large pergola so you can have a shady lunch or just escape the sun.
There is a gas BBQ on the top terrace so you can have alfresco dining by the pool!
Part of house is air-conditioned for the summer and heated for the winter making it a perfect holiday home for all the year. Plus for extra warmth in the winter there is a log burner!!
Villa is situated in quiet area surrounded by lush tropical plants and fragrant mimosa. Yet, within a 10-minute drive you can enjoy a large, sandy local beach.
Fuengirola is 5 minutes drive - full of great shops, every type of eating place, wonderful to sample the local fish on the beach, miles of sandy beach and a lovely long promenade that’s great for a sun-down stroll!
There are several good restaurants and a small supermarket within walking distance of the villa. Other excellent supermarkets less than 5 minutes drive. Great fishmarket!
Fabulous centre from which to explore. Situated mid-way between the coast and the mountains.
Only 10 minutes drive to the old mountain village of Mijas with its wonderful array of craft, art and leather shops, bustling restaurants and donkey taxi rides - well worth a visit. The village has the most stunning, panoramic views in the area.
Gibraltar is now only approximately an hour and half down the road, and well worth a visit for the duty-free shops, wonderful selection of tablecloths, and to see the famous monkeys on the rock and take a cable car up to the top, visit the historic war sites or just enjoy the view .
Morocco - you can now visit in a day - fast ferry.
Granada and the Alhambra are 2 hours by car for a very special day out. The drive there through the olive groves, lush plateaus and mountains is unforgettable.
The Andalucian Mountains and lakes are stunning, and a visit to the ancient mountain town of Rhonda, with its famous bridge across the gorge and bull ring, is a must.
Golf courses 5 minutes away - huge choice.
Excellent sports facilities within very easy distance.
