This new villa offers something for everyone, the villa has 4 big bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, the masterbedroom is more than 90 square meters ans has a luxury bath, toilet, bidet and douche.
The livingroom is big, has a fireplace, leather couche, big table and plasma tv.
The kitchen has a build in microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, american fridge along with polished granite work top to complete that luxury feeling. Next to the kitchen is a big second workplace with granite work top with a fully fitted wardrobe with washing machine and dryer.
The villa has an entrance with a fully automatic door were there is a space for 4 cars.
There are 3 big terraces. One is connecting with the kitchen and livingroom and you will find here the swimmingpool and is about 100 square meters. The second terrace is on the first floor of the house with a big bbq place and is 60 mtr and has a wonderfull vieuw towards the sea. The third terrace is next to the bbq terrace and is 40 mtrs.
There is an alarmsystem in the house for extra security.
The beach in El Rosario is renowned as the best beach in Marbella. You can walk to the beach in 20 minutes, or less than 5 minutes by car. The beach is sandy, with a variety of beach restaurants. Lounges and umbrellas can be rented on the beach . If you walk another 5 minutes, you get to Bono's beach , witch has the comfortable double 4 poster lounges, as well as a great bar/restaurant. There is a famous tennis club, four restaurants, a bar, two coffeeshops, a supermarket and a car rental within the urbanisation. If you walk across the bridge towards the beach you come to another trendy bar/restaurant Fusion. For night life, Nikki beach is close as well as Bono's beach. Of course Marbella town and Puerto Banus are close as well.. depends what kind of holiday you are looking for. The big shopping mall La Canada is only 10 minutes by car.
And if you like golf, there are some many beautifull courts nearby.
