The villa is located in elevated position in the prestigious and elegant Urbanization “La Capellania (Benalmadena),it is south facing and enjoys sea and coast views.
It is superbly situated, 15 minutes to Malaga Airport, only two minutes driving from the charming andalusian village of Benalmadena, one of the most beautiful white villages of Spain, and five minutes from the nearest beaches and vibrant nightlife of Fuengirola, Benalmadena and Torremolinos., 3 minutes to shops (walking distance).Via highway it is a short trip to the stunning city of Malaga or to posh and fashionable Marbella.
The Villa has three bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 people, and fitted wardrobes.

The dining room has a split-level to spacious sunny lounge (with fireplace), totally glassed, where you can see the extraordinary views of the sea and the coast of Fuengirola. Sliding doors to covered terrace and a fully fitted kitchen with everything you will need to make your holiday an enjoyable one, with pantry/utility room.
The villa has a splendid south facing covered terrace with table, ideal for BBQs and a private pool. From the terrace you can descend to the garden with fruit trees, perfect for children to play (child-friendly because it is all fenced).

It has alarm system, telephone, WIFI Internet Connection, TV, DVD, a CD and radio/cassette player, iron and ironing board.
The kitchen is provided with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and all required cooking utensils.
Clean towels and linen are provided every week but no cleaning mid stays, although this can be provided at cost if required. The pool and garden are very well maintained.
Close by you will find the El Higueron shopping arcade with a large supermarket (Carrefour), banks, restaurants, etc.
