These properties are located on the Polaris World Resort called La Isla del Condado de Alhama. It will take you about 1 hour from Alicante Airport to reach the Resort. From the San Javier Airport it takes approx. 40 minutes by car. In spring 2013, the Corvera Airport is due to open, and it will be about 25 minutes away.
These 2 apartments are situated on the top floor of the building, overlooking the Sierra Espuna mountains, the Regional Park of Carrascoy and the pool. Our private parking is located near the lift, in a shaded area. On the island of La Isla you will find an outdoor sport area, a small playground and 2 infinity pools. It is a safe, secure and quiet place.
Within walking distance you will find the beautiful Al Kasar shopping complex, right now there is a supermarket, bike rental, internet cafe', a pub, 1 ice cream parlor and 3 restaurants. A French restaurant will open in March. The Condado Club in the Jardines has a gym, padle courts and a food outlet. Close to Al Kasar there are other sport fascilities, such as a football field, tennis courts and the golf course. This is the only golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus himself, and it is truly a great experience to play this course. Within 35-50 minutes driving by car, 5 other golf courses designed by the Jack Nicklaus Design Group are available for play for Polaris World residents.
Both apartments are fully equiped with brand new modern appliances and are in excellent condition. In one bedroom with a sliding door to the terrace there is a king size bed, which can be made into 2 single beds. In the other bedroom there are 2 single beds that can be zipped together into one double bed if needed. In the living room there is a pull-out sofa bed.
On the terrace there is a built in BBQ, outdoor furniture and 2 sunbeds.
Only 15 minutes away by car, you will find the fantastic beaches of Mazzaron and Bolnuevo. Here are several small shops and restaurants as well. For the more adventerous, Mar Menor, Cartagena, Lorca , Totana and Murcia will be great for day trips. In Jumilla, Bullas an Yecla great wineyards are to be found.
