This quaint, spacious villa is accessed through iron gates,just off a good country road. The property has copious parking in the grounds of the villa and extensive paved areas and planted gardens with fruit trees. It has an imposing frontage, a large flat patio area and sunbathing terrace with sunbeds surrounding the private pool. The views are spectacular across open countryside and over to the pretty hilltop village of Comares. The large BBq is situated by a spacious shaded outdoor terrace with dining table and chairs to ensure you dine "al fresco" in comfort . Steps to the rear of the property lead up to the turret terrace with spectacular views. El Romo is a step back in time, quiet, methodical, goat herds roaming in the cooler evenings and above all relaxing. A local bar is within walking distance serving a small selection of local dishes. Both Colmenar and Comares are a short drive with all facilites. Ideal location for exploring our beautiful area of rural Andalucia. Internet access on request.

Notas
The villa is comfortably furnished and has a modern fitted kitchen with small breakfast bar and dining area for 6 persons next to it. Access from the kitchen to the outside covered dining area for easy al fesco dining and close o the BBQ. The lounge has an open fire , tv and dvd and is bright and airy. The bedrooms are basically furnished and have fans for the warm summers and heating for the winter months. There is an ensuite shower room to the double bedroom and a large, seperate family bathroom with bath, over shower, sink toilet, hair dryer and washing machine. The location is picturesque & rural and ideal to explore this lovely area . The villa is within walking distance of a quaint local bar which serves a selection of local dishes and tapas. Mule rides can also be arranged from here. The coast is approx 45 minutes as is the elegant city of Malaga and its cathederal, the airport and beaches. The more historic places , Granada and the Alhambra, Antequera, Ronda, Nerja, Marbella, Gibralter and Cordoba are all possible to visit on a day trip. Locally there is a good selection of restaurants, small pueblos blancos to explore, horse riding, bike riding, walking, local excursions, cookery, yoga and painting classes on 20€ pw,35€ x 2 weeks

Notas
Payment can be made in pounds sterling or euros at the equivelant rate. A receipt is sent for all payments. The security/damage deposit is required on arrival at the property and returned in full at the end of your stay as long as there are no breakages. Internet/wifi is available on request at 20€ pw/35€ for 2 weeks.Electric is charged for seperatly from a meter. The property is cleaned to a high standard for all arriving guests and fresh linen and towels are provided. Fresh linen is changed on a weekly basis for stays of over 1 week. Pool towels provided. Arrivals are after 4pm and departured before 10 am unless otherwise arranged.
From mid June to mid September bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Long term bookings are available from mid October to Mid March from £ 550 per month excluding electric/wood. Weekend breaks and minimum stays of 3 nights from October to March. Any special offers are for full weeks and cannot be subdivided.
