Building in a plot of about 900 m2, with an inhabitable surface of about 110 m2. In the front part of the villa is a small garden with turf, trees and a shower.
Also this located in the front part a rectangular swimming pool, in which they will be able to refresh of the suffocating heat of the summer, surrounds a great terrace all tiled one in which you will be able to take the sun.
Also there is between the swimming pool and the villa a small barbecue. In the right part of the villa there are another small garden of turf and trees. In the back part of the villa it is possible to be enjoyed the nature, because there is nothing no built.
A perfect place and very calm residential area for a quiet holidays, far away from noise but near enough to town ( Ciudadela to 3 km. , 5 minutes in car ) and to about 500 meters of any beach of the urbanization.

The villa this totally equipped and consist of 3 double bedrooms all have built-in wardrobes ( 2 bedrooms with 2 individual beds each and 1 bedroom with double bed), large dinning room/ lounge( table rectangular with 6 chairs, 2 sofas, centre table, T.V. 21”, furniture with cabinet), 2 fully tiled bathrooms( 1 with bath & shower, basin,WC, bidet and another one with shower cubicle,WC & basin), comfortable hall with table-hall and mirror, fully fitted independent & equipped kitchen ( dishwasher, gas cooker/ oven, cupboards, refrigerator/ freezer, electric kettle, microwave, crockery, silverware,glasses,coffee machine,toaster,etc..). Leaving the dinning room there is a door that it gives to the terrace-solarium in which is a rectangular wood table with banks from which it is possible to be seen the swimming pool and the garden.
In the back part one is the covered laundry (washing machine, dryer, table iron, iron, itches to wash, water heater).
It has sheets, blankets, bedspread, towels, (change of bed linen and towels once per week). Cleaning service on changeover.
The villa has conditioned air and heating.
No Pets are allowed at villa.
Time of arrival to 15 p.m. and time of departure 11 to a.m.
