The villa is generously proportioned over three floors, including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a games room.
Lockable gates provide child friendly access from the sun terrace to the swimming pool, pergola and barbecue area.
The villa is surrounded by paved landscaped terraces with uninterrupted mountain views to the front elevation.
The panoramic views can be enjoyed either from the sun terrace or spacious lounge complete with flat screen TV, Satellite TV and entertainment system with surround sound and leather sofas.
The kitchen complete with all modern appliances also overlooks the mountain panorama. A washing machine is located downstairs with Games Room comprising dart board and table football.
The upstairs houses 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 Master bedroom with en-suite shower/toilet and balcony.
A further double bedroom with balcony and a twin room (bunk beds) and balconette.
The family bathroom has both shower and bath, toilet and basin.
The 4th bedroom complete with en-suite shower/toilet is situated on the basement floor.

I live in England with my wife and two young children. We both work and spend most of our family holidays in Spain due to ease of travel and the fact that we all love the warm climate! We all love to swim and ski, this makes our house in Spain the ideal all year round family holiday destination. As the house comfortably sleeps 8 people, we often holiday with another family, meaning 4 kids and twice the fun!

Why we owner chose a home in this location;
We fell in love with the area on our first visit. It provides easy access to both the beach and mountains for skiing. The Lecrin valley is far from the crowds but has all amenities required for a family in the local village of Talara/Lecrin. Fantastic tapas bars and very friendly locals mean you don't have to venture far for good times. We also like to visit Granada for a wider choice of restaurants and bars, only 20 minutes drive. There is also the option to enjoy a lazy lunch on the beach (20 minutes drive) while the kids play on the plentiful beaches.

Unlike many village properties, we have all necessary amenities on our doorstep - doctors, pharmacy, banks, bars, restaurants, supermarket, kids playground. This makes it possible to enjoy your holiday without the need to be driving from place to place. A laid back holiday is assured where all the family will be happy. Day trips are also effortless as all options are only a maximum of 40 minutes drive away. We guarantee you will be happy spending most of your time lazing by the pool and enjoying the very special tranquil atmosphere that this area offers.
Skiing
Spain's favourite snow playground in the sun, Sierra Nevada is among Europe's highest and most Snowsure resorts offering long cruisy descents, an effective lift system, great nightlife, quality hotels and overall a guaranteed good time!! A great choice for families with a whole range of facilities including the Mirlo recreation park. The Lecrin Valley faces the dramatic Sierra Nevada mountains, which are usually snow-capped from December until May each year. It takes just 40 minutes to reach the Sierra Nevada ski resort from the property via Granada (snow chains can be located in the basement). At the resort it is possible to arrange skiing and snowboarding, including tuition, for whole weeks or just the odd day or two. It is also possible to hire sledges by the hour. There are a number of local guides offering other activities such as snow treks and climbing again on a daily basis. This often includes transport to the Sierra Nevada if required.
