San Esteban is in a nice complex of Spanish style apartments surrounding a large garden with plenty of grassed areas and a pool with shallow children’s section. The apartment is 300 metres (4 minute walk) to the beach, 800 metres (10 minute walk) to the Port area and 1500 metres (18 minute walk) to the Arenal beach.

The apartment is on the ground floor and faces south with a full width terrace and small private garden area providing direct access to the communal mediterranean garden and swimming pool. There are several child-friendly features at the apartment that are detailed below.
There is a double and a twin bedroom each with air-conditioning, a built in wardrobe, bedside tables, a dressing table with large mirror and ceiling fan. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, bidet, washbasin and WC. The kitchen features a hob and oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee filter, blender, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a picnic coolbox and thermos flask. Ample hot water is provided by an instant gas fired boiler and there is air-conditioning and gas central heating throughout (extra charge).
In the air-conditioned lounge there is a circular dining table with chairs, coffee tables and a two seater and a three seater settee. The 28inch colour television receives English television channels including BBC, ITV, Channels 4 and 5, and BBC radio. There is also a DVD player (DVD's can be hired locally) and a music centre for CD's, cassettes and local English radio stations and free internet Wi-Fi.
On the terrace you will find a table and chairs, sun loungers and a portable barbecue.
There is an allocated parking space in the underground car park. Restaurants and a supermarket are within a short walk of the apartment.

Child friendly features: Cupboard and dfrawer safety catches in kitchen, electricity socket safety covers, stairgate available, toys, childrens' DVD's, cot, highchair, baby items, etc.

Summary: 2 bedrooms with air-conditioning. 1 double bedded, 1 twin bedded, Lounge dining room with air-conditioning, 28" television with DVD player and receiver for BBC television and radio, and local television stations, Radio with audio cassette and CD player. Separate kitchen with hob and oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee filter, blender, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, picnic coolbox, thermos flask. Full bathroom, Central Heating, Broadband internet connection. Safe. Terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers, Community gardens and pool, 300 metres (4 minute walk) to local pebble beach, 300 metres to supermarket and restaurants, 800 metres (10 minute walk) to Port Area shops and restaurants, 1500 metres (18 minutes walk) to sandy beach (El Arenal).

Long Term Rates available October to March from £650 per month plus utilities. Rate depends on duration.

Wi-Fi broadband internet is available free of charge.
