Located in a corner, with a garden (700 sqm) all around the house and with a private swiming pool surrounded by a fence to prevent children's falling. A big terrace oriented to the East and over the lawn and trees is the best for summer afternoons and winter breakfast. Another terrace in the main entrance and oriented to the west is great to have breakfast in summer over more lawn and palm-trees. The barbecue close to the pool is perfect to organise parties with friends.
The villa is decorated in the traditional Spanish style with dark wood furniture , wooden 'casetones' doors and wooden blinds. It has 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Bathrooms have been recently restored. The villa is equipped with heating and chimney to be used in winter and air conditioning for summer. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The villa is well prepared for children.
Social Club: 100 meters from the villa there are a 'social club' with 4 tennis courts, 2 paddle courts, a big swimming pool and a small swimming pool for children, playground, cafeteria and free internet access. Free entrance if you are staying in the villa.
There are some useful services very near my villa: a 24 hours open shop and bakery just around the corner, a One Michellin Star at 2 minutes walking (called 'Casa Alfonso'), and one of the best restaurants specialised in paellas in terms of quality/price at 3 minutes walking.
Campoamor is located in Orihuela Costa. Orihuela Costa provides a vibrant nightlife with many entertainers working along the coastal resorts with its wide range of pubs and restaurants to meet all tastes. There is a wide variety of top quality beaches all awarded the EEC Blue Flag and have life guards. Some fantastic beaches that worth a visit are La Zenia, the very popular Cala Capitan beach at Cabo Roig and La Glea in Campoamor. All of them have beach bars and restaurants, plus volleyball and children’s play areas
To the north there are the beaches of Guardamar, La Mata and La Marina.
To the south the coast is full of lovely beaches to explore. The beautiful Mar Menor inland sea which is ideal for water sports and Lo Pagan for the mud bathing.
The famous La Manga strip is only a short drive or ferry away. Visits to Benidorm, Alicante, Cartagena and Murcia are recommended and can be made with the local coach trips companies at reasonable prices. Also Natural Park Salinas de Torrevieja that is just at 20 minutes drive.
The biggest commercial mall in Alicante was opened in 2012 at just 5 kilometers from Campoamor: Zenia Boulevard Commercial Centre with 5000 car park spaces, over 150 shops including Zara, Guess, Benetton, Blanco, Europe´s biggest Primark, H&M, C&A, Druni, Alcampo, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, etc. For entertainment value there is a children´s large play area, casino, a bowling alley, an enormous TV screen showing football and other sports. The centre itself is a pleasure to walk around. And also recommend visiting the new and beautiful toilets.
Local resorts are the vibrant Cabo Roig, the popular Flamenca Beach commercial centre and the beautiful Villamartin Plaza. The main town of Torrevieja with fabulous marina, promenade, Habaneras shopping centre and water park is a 15 minute drive away and every evening during the high and low seasons you will find an abundance of small market stalls providing local craft along the front.

Sports facilities in Torrevieja are amongst the best in Spain. There are several sports centers within easy reach of the villa. Football, Tennis, Petanca, Paddle, Bowls, Badminton, Gyms and Cycling. Close by there is the Go Cart track and Paint ball.
Golf: There are 3 challenging golf courses within 5 minutes of the villa. Villamartin Golf Club. The course is alongside the famous Villamartin Plaza. Las Rambles Golf Club is 5 drive minutes away and regarded by locals as the most difficult course. Campoamor Golf Club is 5 minutes away and very popular for the elevated position it enjoys spectacular views while sat at the sun terrace, restaurant and bar.

Final cleaning 100 Euros for all bokings
About electricity I would cover the cost for 75KWH per week that is the normal use for lights, TV, washing machine, etc. And guests would cover the excess because of heating at 0,19 Euros per KWH.
20% of the rental rate is required as a booking deposit. Due balance is required on arrival
Security deposit 200 euros on arrival in cash
Services upon request: daily cleaning (10 euros per hour to be paid directly to her), daily cooking (10 euros per hour), babysitting (6 euros per hour), firewood (15 euros / 100 kg).
