DOWNSTAIRS
There is a large living/dining room with a large south facing terrace. The terrace has a 6 seater table and chairs and a BBQ. The living room is equipped with TV, sky box (bring your own card), iPod/iPhone dock, DVD player.
Large kitchen with breakfast bar. Integrated fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine and full cooking utensils. Also has a full size washing machine and dryer.
There are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, one with a large ensuite with bath and walk-in shower. Both rooms have built in wardrobes.

UPSTAIRS
The Master bedroom is upstairs with a spacious south facing terrace, en suite with separate shower and Jacuzzi bath and double wash basins. This room also has a walk-in closet offering substantial storage space.
Also upstairs is the 4th bedroom which can be used as a children’s room, equipped with a large TV & Xbox Games Console there is a large sofa bed that sleeps 2. Off this is a large rear terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs.
An added feature is the sauna/steam room. Perfect to unwind after a long day of sightseeing or playing golf.
In the grounds there are 2 large swimming pools with children’s pools with sun loungers provided.
Walking through the grounds there are water features, manicured gardens and a beautiful olive garden.
