This south facing apartment with sea views is situated in a quiet building with lift and a large swimming pool in the garden, just about. 300 meters to the beautiful Santa Ana beach, adjacent to the famous marina Puerto Marina (voted best marina).
Although I try to describe the apartment as accurately as possible, I think you should start to see the pictures. The balcony in front of the apartment, where you are mostly is just decorated with new tile and glass curtains. Here you sit comfortably and enjoy birdsong while looking at the ocean and the beautiful garden. A cup of morning coffee on the balcony is really a time-waster which it is difficult to remove themselves from.
There are two lovely bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. One bedroom has sliding door directly to the fantastic balcony. The bathroom is well equipped with bath, shower and washing machine. Livingroom is decorated with lovely furniture, flat screen (you can watch English channels via skybox and Spanish channels), DVD player, radio. Bright, lovely and well equipped kitchen with dining area. Even from the kitchen there is a sea view.
Are you into golf - there are many golf courses nearby. In absolute proximity you will find all shopping facilities such as supermarket, bakery, greengrocer, pharmacy ... ex. about 150 meters to large supermarket. Approximately 200 meters to the Paloma Park.Paloma Park has small animals roaming freely, beautiful plants and playground. Tivoli World is also an exciting place with many attractions. Beside the entrance to Tivoli is Teleferico Cable car has 3km ride uphill to the lookout point 769 meters above sea level. For Bonanza Square is approx. 150 meters where there is time for the nightlife with a wide selection of bars, pubs and restaurants and shops. Puerto Marina and Mar y Sol square (known as 24 hours square)are both in walking distance from the apartment. They are the highest spot for nightlife entertainment (restaurants, bars, pubs and discos). Well I cannot continue to list opportunities for wonderful experiences up, but just ends with: Bil-Bil Castle, Butterfly Park, Santa Domingo church, Buddist Temple, Museum of pre-Columbian art ...
Likewise, a short distance to bus and train, to visit ex. Malaga, Torremolinos, Marbella, Fuengirola.
