Very nice villa with wonderful sea views prominently located at Punta de la Mona/La Herradura. The villa is divided into two levels. The upper level comprises an extensive lounge, kitchen, master bedroom, bathroom, a balcony which surrounds the upper level and which provides fantastic south-facing sea views. The lower level comprises another lounge, a second kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Both levels are equipped with TV and DVD, with SKY channels upstairs and Spanish and European sat channels downstairs. There is a 10 MB Wifi connection available for our clients without additional charges. This Villa has a lot of space and would be ideal for use as either a single unit or as two independent units each with their own living area, bathroom, bedrooms and kitchen. The Villa has many nice terraces to enjoy sunny outside living next to the pool. The property is fully equipped and ready for you to enjoy a wonderful holiday in one of the nicest areas in Spain - The Punta de la Mona at the Costa Tropical.

This villa is located in a lovely area, on the crest of a hill overlooking the Marina and with views right up the coast and out over the Med. Its a large house and as there were only three of us we had more rooms than we could use. There are two floors, each with its own large living room, bedrooms, bathrooms (one ensuite and one guest upstairs, another large bathroom downstairs) and kitchens. Even the kitchens are self contained, with a dish washer, fridge freezer, oven etc in each.
The living rooms are huge, with fantastic views. The lower level has a large swimming pool and both levels have their own large balcony/terrace areas.
If you want somewhere lively, this is not for you. The access road eventually becomes a cul de sac and there is almost no passing traffic. So we enjoyed the sun and the peace. In the evening we generally eat out on the terrace (there is a large built-in barbecue) but occasionally tried restaurants in Herradura or at the marina. We can recommend the Mirador in Cerro Gordo - a bit of a drive but the perfect place to watch the sun set from your table on the terrace. In general, the property was clean and well looked after, although the grass in the lower section had become badly scorched and needed water.
All in all, we would recommend this property - particularly if you are a group who would like to have your own privacy from time to time. We will certainly be back...
