Our apartment is located in Urbanizacion Benatalaya, a first class location, front line to Atalaya Golf and only 10 minutes drive from San Pedro, and the stunning long white sandy beach, with the promenade filled with waterfront cafes and restaurants.
Within 6 minutes drive you reach the white village of Benahavis, with its outstanding gastronomy and an abundance of restaurants and bars.
The development is fully protected by security gates and 24 hours personnel. There are 2 underground parking spaces and a utility room, with stairs or lift acsess to the apartment.
This quiet complex is set in tropical landscaped gardens, with waterfalls and narrow paths. You will have acsess to 3 outdoor pools and a nice Spa only few meters outside the apartment. The Spa includes a large heated pool with massage benches, hydro massage tub/jacuzzi, water cascade, swimming against the tide, vertical projecting waterjets and 3 level pressure waterjets. Here you also find a fully equipped gymnasium, a sauna, a Turkish bath, shower facilities, and changing rooms.
The apartment:
Our two bedroom ground floor apartment is furnished to a high standard and fully equipped to accommodate up to six people. There are rustic marble floors throughout the apartment, with underfloor heating in the two bathrooms.
Airconditioning, cooling or heating the bedrooms and the livingroom.
In the hall there is a telephone entry system and a cupboard for shoes and clothes. From the hall there is acsecc to one of the two bathrooms. This bathroom is fully tiled, with marble vanity unit and a bath with overhead shower.
The kitchen is fully integrated, finished with granite work surface, complete with fridge/freezer, micro-wave oven, cooker, dishwasher, toaster, coffee-mashine etc.
From the kitchen there is acsess to a fully fitted laundry room with sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment.
The lounge and dining room is tastefully furnished with oak furniture. There is a dining table with six leather chairs, a storage cupboard for glasses and dishes. The lounge contains a three-seater sofa with cheselong, which easilly changes to a double bed, a comfy cair with a pall for your feet, tv/dvd/cd-player, and wireless internet connection.
The lounge opens out onto a 31square meter south facing terrace, equipped with dining furniture, and further out to a nice garden with sunbeds and chairs, perfect for relaxation and sun-bathing all day, and barbecuing in the evening.
There are two bedrooms in the apartment. The master bedroom has sliding doors onto the terrace, and en-suite fully tiled in italian marble, with "his" and "hers" vanity units, a nice bath and a big separate tiled shower with a glass door.
The other double bedroom also has a sliding door out onto a small north facing garden, where you can enjoy the sunset during the summer.
In both bedrooms there are fitted wardrobes, and the beds can easilly be separated, if that is preffered. Just let us know in advance, and we will do our best to suit your needs.
Bikes can be rented for 35 euros per week, just let us know, and we will provide the bikes.
