This is a perfect villa for 2-3 families who wish to take a holiday together but still have their own space.
The villa is reached via quite a few steps but from this elevated position means it benefits from fantastic sea views.
The pool is a small dunk pool (5m x 3.5m) internal water space being 3.7m x 2.8m and 1.5m depth. This is great for relaxing in and enjoying the great views.
The first apartment has two bedrooms, one bedroom with double sofa bed, the second bedroom has a double bed, both with sea views. There is also a flat screen TV and a very modern kitchen, all new for 2012. Sea views from all rooms.
There is a bathroom with shower and toilet and another separate toilet.
There is a sun bathing terrace just below this apartment too, near to the pool.
The second apartment (above the first apartment) is the main apartment and has a larger lounge area with two modern sofas and again with stunning sea views. This apartment has a separate kitchen (again all new appliances for 2012)and an extra storage area off from the kitchen.
There are three bedrooms in this apartment, 2 with double beds and the third with two single beds.
This apartment has a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
From the entrance door to the larger apartment there is a huge terrace where everyone can meet and enjoy meals together or just enjoy the sun overlooking the sea. The sun is on the terrace all day long but there are other terraces to the side of the villa if you want to find some shade.
There is parking for one car in the garage and any extra cars park on the road.
The property is located 1km from the beach and you have the option of two of the best coves in the area - Almadrava or Canyelles Petites, both beautiful, sandy beaches which also offer a good choice of restaurants.
Almadrava beach has the lovely Santa Lucia restaurant which is very good for local seafood and in the summer has live music on the beach on certain days. From Almadrava beach, there is a platform off the rocks for people to swim out to and you can take the coastal walk round to the next cove at Canyelles Petites.

Roses is a small fishing town which has a fantastic range of shops, bars and restaurants and has a sandy beach which continues around the whole Bay of Roses. You can also find some of the most beautiful secluded coves. By boat you can access any private cove that you wish around the Cap de Creus national park and we can organise a skipper to take you there if you do not have a licence!
Situated within the Dali triangle for those interested in art. There is so much to do in and around this area which is why a car is recommended. Situated 30 mins from Figueres with the Dalí museum, 45 mins from Cadaques, 50 mins-1hr from Girona and just 1 & 1/2 hours from Barcelona for a spectacular day out. The new fast train AVE can take you from Vilafant/Figueres to Barcelona in 55 minutes.
The French border is also only 45 mins away. Nearest airports both serviced by Ryanair are Barcelona Girona - 50 mins- 1 hr and Perpignan France - 1hr.
For anyone interested in food you will find many michelin star restaurants in this area too and we can help you make reservations in advance if necessary.
