The house is situated with a small forest on one side and the fields on the other side with an excellent view to the surrounding mountains, and in bright weather even the Montserrat Mountain. Walking though the forest, the nearby town is only 1,5 km away.
The layout of the house is very good. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with bathroom and an area with table football. The remaining part is a common area with a large sofa corner with TV, DVD and fireplace, and dining area and a modern kitchen equipped with ceramic hotplates, espresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. From this common area, you have direct access to the indoor swimming pool and outside to the covered terrace and from there to the outdoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is fenced for the security of small children. Next to the swimming pool, there is playground.
On the upper floor, you find six large bedrooms, all with bathroom with showers en suite. Five of them are double rooms, and the last one is a triple room with three single beds. There is plenty of space for extra beds, if you are more than 15 persons. Of other commodities, baby bathtub, high chair, cots and washing machine can be mentioned. Also, there is Wifi-internet in the house.
The house is very privately situated, with no nearby neighbours. Nevertheless, as mentioned, the nearby town is less than two kilometres away. Here, you can play tennis in the local tennis club (you pick up the key in a cafe, price 5€/hour) or visit the market on the weekly market day. Also, there are plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes. If you would like to visit Barcelona or the Pyrenees, it is very easy, as C-16 is not far away, so you can get there within an hour. In the high season, the change over day is Monday.
