The villa is built on 3 floors making it perfect for one or two families, or extended families to share.
On the main floor is a bright and open plan living area, with panoramic patio doors for easy access to terraces & the swimming pool.
The spacious modern kitchen has a central island and mod-cons include a dishwasher, oven & microwave, and American fridge, as well as a huge utility room with second fridge, washer & dryer. The utility also doubles as a storage area for toys, games and baby equipment.
This is a family home designed with good taste; leather suite, flat screen TV housed in a beautiful wooden cabinet, sound system, PSP3, and cool black granite worktops to finish off the kitchen.
Enjoy meals in the wonderful bright dining area or in the summer this villa is perfect for eating al-fresco on the terrace with magnificent views over the lake to the coast beyond.
For large families there are 4 bedrooms in total; The master suite takes up the whole of the top floor and has a super-king size bed and sitting area with space for a couple of cots. It also has a private sauna and a huge sun terrace with panoramic views, plus a brand new en-suite bathroom with a spa-bath and a separate shower.
On the main floor next to the sitting room is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, perfectly suited to another couple or maybe grandparents.
Then on the lower floor there is a further huge double sized bedroom with twin beds (can be dressed as a super-king size bed) and a smaller twin bedroom and newly refurbished family bathroom.
The house can sleep 8 adults plus an additional child using a pull-out bed. The two large bedrooms also have space for one or two cots (available free of charge)
Outside high season, there is the option to rent this villa for just 4 adults plus a child & cots, using the two bedrooms on the main floor and top floor only.

The Villa has a lovely mature garden which is perfect for families and the swimming pool is gated with Magnalatch fastenings.
The garden is also gated to provide a safe play area, so Mum & Dad can relax by the pool knowing the children are playing happily!
The pool can be heated during the winter and shoulder season, meaning you can enjoy this villa at any time of year (additional fees for pool heating)
The Villa enjoys a superb setting overlooking the coast, and just a couple of minutes drive from the facilities of Nueva Andalucia, an upmarket area with shops, bars and a choice of international restaurants.
The villa is just next to "Tortoise Lake" where there are picnic tables, a play area and the chance to feed the ducks
The location is absolutely ideal for a family holiday on the Costa del Sol; whilst the villa itself is peaceful & relaxing, the property is a short 3.5km hop from jet-setting Puerto Banus and the wonderful beaches.
Exploring further afield you will be spoiled for choice! Here you are within an hours drive of cultural gems like Gibraltar, Ronda and Malaga, and some of the most popular holiday resorts in Spain.
