Kitchen: an archway leads into the open kitchen which is modern & well equipped with 2 electric ovens, ceramic & gas hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave etc; tea towels will also be there for you; there is also a summer kitchen in the covered BBQ area by the pool with gas fridge, oven & hob
Utility Room: this is a separate room with washing machines (washing dries literally while you watch it) & iron with ironing board
Living Rooms: large woodburning stove, comfortable seating, high vaulted ceiling, many original works of art on the walls, amazing views over the valley to the mountains & patio doors directly access the main terrace, a curved brick archway leads to the dining area
Other: dining area also high vaulted ceilings & brick archways separate the areas, this indoor dining area has large display cases & patio doors access the covered terrace & further outside dining

Swimming pool notes: 5x10 meter pool, average depth of 1.8 meters, open all year round, large stone terraces surround, for sunbathing, planting around the pool provides for a calm atmosphere & privacy; beach towels, for the pool & lake or sea visits will be necessary, we will need to make a nominal charge if provided by us;
Terrace notes: extensive exterior sun & shade terraces have been created, accessed directly from the Pool, from all sides of the Villa & 2 sides of the Finca, naturally shaded by the Olive trees or with tiled, or, bamboo roofs. The main terrace on the Villa is mostly shaded & provides for outside dining & reception area, as well as further sun bathing, perfect in the heat of the day & evening drinks watching the sun sets over the mountains
Garden notes: Villa Flores opens out onto its own parkland with Olives, Almonds, Fig, Pomegranates, Orange, Walnut, fruit & nut trees & far reaching views over the valleys & mountains beyond;
