Even though the apartment is central- close to the central square Plaza Catalunya, Urquinaona and Via Laietana, the neighborhood is relatively quiet and residential. The streets are lined with medieval buildings which maintain their original facade. The nearby chic Rambla del Borne and small side streets just off it are lined unique shops and boutiques, galleries, and small cafes and bars… plenty to explore!
