Beautiful spacious villa in gated grounds with lovely manicured gardens, large pool and hot tub. Very quiet private location near the golf course in Javea.
Los Almendros has a comfortable living room with sat tv, dvd and vcr and has doors to both the garden and pool area and the covered terrace at the front. The extensive garden to the front features a boules court. The dining room is off the living room. The large kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine and microwave and door to the garden.
There is a master double bedroom which has tv for dvd´s only and en suite shower room. A further double bedroom and a twin room share the family bathroom. All bedrooms have pretty garden views.
The pool is large and has integral steps. The hot tub is beside the pool. There is a barbeque and shaded dining area. All in all an idyllic setting fr a great holiday. There is a covered terrace at the front of the villa with large table and chairs for long lazy lunches so there is always somewhere lovely to sit at different times of the day.
Set behind Javea golf course Los Almendros has long reaching views and is in easy striking distance of the beaches and shops.
