An Amazing villa in large mature private gardens… AND within walking distance to Sitges… Ssshh! This villa is in demand!!
Villa Koh Samui is one of our most popular villas. Recently refurbished, it reflects the high standards and excellent taste of the owner opting to create a relaxed retreat like accommodation in the serenity of mature gardens. The house itself is designed and decorated to offer spacious, bright rooms, most with superb views of Sitges town itself. Villas of this standard are simply hard to get within walking distance to Sitges. A 15 minute walk will have you in the town or on the beaches.
This house has numerous terraces and very private gardens with mature trees and a large beautiful pool for the sole use of the guests. This house is perfect for a sunbathing and hanging out holiday! The owners have provided chillout areas with both adults and children inmind and the kids will love being able to run and play in this fabulous garden.
The house is distributed across two floors and uniquely the Master En-suite with beautiful bathroom occupies the whole upper floor of the villa and provides the most stunning views.
The other rooms are also spacious and offer 1 large double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms which can easily be triples. The house sleeps 8 people comfortably although an additional 2 beds are available which are best suited to children for the two twin rooms.
The main living areas have access onto the terraces, gardens and alfresco dining areas which allows guests to really enjoy that indoor outdoor living experience. Villa Koh Samui is ideal for groups or family get- togethers given the big outdoor spaces and total privacy. Perfection? Perhaps…

Layout
Top Floor
Master En-suite with beautiful bathroom occupies the whole upper floor of the villa and provides the most stunning views.
Ground Floor:
There is fully equipped modern kitchen on the main floor and large living/dining room with access to various terraces which makes Villa Koh Samui an excellent example of how Mediterranean life is supposed to be lived. Off the main living areas is a corridor with all the other bedrooms.
Bedroom 2: Double Bedroom Ensuite
Bedroom 3: Twin Bedroom
Bedroom 4: Twin Bedroom
The twin bedrooms can be made into comfortable triples with the availability of an extra single bed.

Outside
There is a large kidney shaped pool and again worth repeating are the mature & large gardens filled with fruit trees and plenty of usable space with room for everyone. This really is quite unique for Sitges; a flat garden with space to throw a ball around. There is a kiddie and adults chill out areas by the pool and of course these are solely for your use and are very private.
There is a large terrace of the living area which is designed for alfresco dining and importantly for those with kids it is overlooking the pool.

Location
The villa is in an an exclusive area of Sitges with an easy 15 minute walk into all that Sitges has to offer.

The main floor comprises a large open plan living/dining area and 3 separate bedrooms with 2 bathrooms- all with access to a long big terrace overlooking the pool area and views over Sitges and the sea.
Upper floor: Large master room with luxury en-suite bathroom with huge beautiful bath and walk in shower. This bedroom also has access to a big private terrace overlooking Sitges.
Note: The villa could potentially accommodate 10 people if there are small children in the group.

Private big swimming pool for private use of guests only, surrounded by matunbre gardens full of trees and lawn for kids to play and adults to chill out. There is a chill out area by the pool for sunset drinks and gatherings. Babysitting service available on request.
Home catering service available on daily/weekly or once off basis.
Private yoga tuition on request.
On site Massage Therapies available on request from qualified therapists.

Sitges and its vibrant life is walking distance yet privacy at the villa is guaranteed. Walking distance to the sea and a Tennis Club closeby
Portaventura theme park and water park 50 mins by car.
City centre Barcelona 30 mins by motorway 35km.
Direct train connection Sitges to Barcelona 35 minutes. Bus Service to Barcelona from Sitges every hour.
Supermarkets in Sitges only 500 metres away. Local gracety shop and pharmacy 200 metres

A non refundable booking deposit of 30% is required to secure reservation. The remaining 70% must be paid 6 weeks in advance of arrival date. Payments accepted through bank transfer. A safety (damages) deposit of €700 and a cleaning fee of €120 is to be paid in cash or by bank transfer prior to arrival.
The damages deposit will be returned within 48 hours upon departure if everything in order.
