On the first floor there is a further 2 bedrooms which share a terrace and a bathroom with bath and shower. All bedrooms have fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes. The roof terrace has great views and is ideal for private sunbathing, as it is not over looked. Outside the property there is a garden which is paved and the terrace has a shaded cover for those long sunny days. The property has 6 sun chairs and 4 loungers and a BBQ area.

Only 5-10 mins on foot and you can be at the popular and well-established Villamartin Plaza where you will find numerous restaurants, bars, shops and banks. The highly acclaimed blue flag sandy beaches at La Zenia and Cabo Roig are only a short distance by car. Villamartin Plaza - The Plaza at Villamartin offers both young and old an enjoyable night out, with a lively multicultural mix of bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Set among palm trees with a colourful array of resident parrots, you can relax and soak up the atmosphere! The 2nd floor offers yet more entertainment and most of the bars and restaurants are open all year round. There is also a small supermarket that carries many British products, including newspapers and magazines.
