First line beach house (220m2) with wide-open terrace (100m2), panoramic sea views, Free Wifi, BBQ, in Casares del Mar urbanization with pools and gardens.

Beach house with 4 bedrooms (220m2), large terrace (100m2), direct access to beach through the garden, incredible sea views, located in private urbanization Casares del Mar, between Estepona and Manilva.

~ Inside

Entering the house (220m2) you find a large hallway that takes you to a large and bright dining room with exit on a very large terrace (100m2) that offers you breathtaking sea views. From this main hallway you can also access the kitchen, the bedroom area and main living room.

The living room is furnished with two large sofas and two comfortable loungers, TV, and a unique coffee table made from an antique bed. The room is very luminous thanks to large glass doors that open to the terrace.

First bedroom is located right next this living room, and is equipped with a double bed, large wardrobes and an air conditioning machine. The bathroom is accessible from both bedroom and living room.

Second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, has large wardrobes and aircon machine.

Third bedroom is fitted with one double bed, wardrobes, large windows and also has an independent aircon machine. Second and third bedrooms share a fully equipped bathroom.

Fourth bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobes, fully equipped ensuite bathroom and a large glass door that takes you to the terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, coffee maker, espresso machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, toaster, water kettle) and is connected with the dining room through a serving window.

The spacious dining room is fitted with a large wooden dining table for 8. At the other end of the dining room, you have a cozy reading corner with a sofa facing the incredible view.

~ Terrace&Garden

The terrace (100m2) is the main attraction of this lovely house. There is a lounge area and also a dining area arranged outside and you also have a gas BBQ for a perfect lunch or dinner with family and friends.

From the terrace you can access the community gardens and the pool area and also you have direct exit to the beach.

~ Neighborhood

The house is located in Casares del Mar private urbanization, being the only private house with private entrance and a parking plot right in front of the house. From the main entrance and from the terrace you can access the green community gardens and also the pool areas inside the urbanization. There are two large pools surrounded by green garden where you can lay on a sunbed, enjoy the breathtaking sea view and listen the soothing sound of waves. During summer (July and August), a chiringuito is opened inside the urbanization, where you can have some typical tapas and cold drinks. From the garden you have a direct exit to beach. If the urbanization gets too crowded in the summer, you can always retreat on your 100m2 private terrace having just the sea in front of you.

~ Beach

The beach is right in front of the house. It is a sandy beach but at the entrance in the sea there are some rocks and we recommend you to use beach shoes to avoid cuts and scratches. If you go a little on your right from the house, you have a smoother area. The place is great for kids doing snorkeling around the big rock.

~ Shopping&Restaurants

The nearest supermarket, Mercadona, is at 1.4km from the house. Here you can buy fresh vegetables, meat, fresh baked bred and even fresh fish.

As for restaurants, in 400 meters you'll find La Sal Chiringuito with a brand new restaurant open all year long.

~ Activities

As maybe you already know, Costa del Sol is also known as Costa del Golf due to the large number of golf resorts and courses, around 70 only on Costa del Sol. So, if you like playing golf, you have a few golf courses not too far from the house, like Casares Costa Golf (5km), Finca Cortesin or Estepona Golf (6km).

Being so close to Casares, you must pay a visit to this incredible andalusian village (16.2km). In 8.5 km you reach beautiful Estepona and from here you can easily go to Puerto Banus, the pole of luxury on Costa del Sol, and of course, you must pay a visit to Marbella Old Town with its beautiful white narrow streets and Plaza de Naranjos (Orange Square) right in the middle.
