Designed with the Mediterranean climate in mind, this NERJA villa sleeps 6 with own Pool!has both a private rooftop sunbathing area and large off lounge Al Fresco dinning area with good views.
La Noria is a small community just on the outskirts of Nerja with a popular local restaurant only 200 metres away, There is also nice bar/restaurant (great tapas!!) next to nearby convenient rest area, this also contains a mini supermarket and is only a short walk away.
A gentle stroll into town or to the beach, takes about 20 minutes.
There is the benefit of a large chain supermarket about 2 minutes away by car or again a short walking distance away.
The large Key gated community pool (with own toilet & Showers) and tennis court are both less than 50 metres away from the Villa, keys are provided for your use, these facilities are included.
With the living rooms upstairs you can enjoy the luxury of having sea and mountain views from most of the windows.
The lounge is large and bright, with brand new furnishings, Flat screen TV with DVD player with Satellite TV, wall-mounted Hi-Fi (Lead supplied for you to take your own i-pods or MP3 players- take own music with you) unit, fireplace, and two comfortable sofas.
The dining area has seating for 6 people and is adjacent to the French doors leading onto a small balcony overlooking the private pool and access to a large private sun roof terrace which has a couple of sunbeds for quiet relaxation, there is also access to the outside Al fresco dinning area, this has the benefit of having direct stair access to pool area.
Kitchen is fully fitted plus a separate utility room with washing machine, there is also a washroom on this level.
The three bedrooms on the ground floor come with ceiling “Quiet run fans” plus fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a King-size bed and boasts the luxury of a large en-suite bathroom with bath and "rain water" shower plus a security safe. The 2 other bedrooms can be converted to have either twin beds or made up to large double beds depending upon your requirements.
Outside there is the spacious terrace that surrounds the villa. Here again there is a table and chairs, BBQ area, and of course the private swimming pool with outside shower. We accept £'s or €'s or any currency subject to prior approval.
