Top left photo above shows the beautiful location of the properties in relation to the bay and the surrounding greenery. The house partly visible is a neighbour 200 metres from VilSol. It’s identical except smaller than VilSol. To get that particular bay view, taken from an elevated position behind the properties, that bit of house is unavoidable. Its impossible to get that exact same shot from VilSol as one can’t get that far behind and above the property. However as you can see from all our other pictures, our views are just as spectacular! It has one of the best climates of continental Europe and is ideal for year round visiting. Cool sea breezes in summer and protected against the cold North winds in winter. Villa layout Overlooking the Moraira valley and bay area on a very small, quiet residential development of just fifteen properties.
