The apartment
This traditional Spanish style property is tastefully decorated and well furnished. The apartment comprises of:
- Lounge/Dining Room with double sofa bed, sat TV/DVD and patio door leading to a terrace with furniture and magnificent sea views.
- Master Bedroom with built in wardrobes and double doors leading to terrace area.
- Second Bedroom with twin beds and built in wardrobes.
- Family Bathroom with shower over bath.
- Sofa bed in the front room can fit two children or comfortably one Adult
- Kitchen containing all necessary appliances and utensils.
- Communal pool and gardens, both of which are beautifully maintained.
The apartment is air conditioned and all bed linen will be provided.
Location
The apartment is located in prestigious El Faro, a small urbanisation located within a five minute drive of the buzzing town of Fuengirola. Fuengirola has many attractions for both families and couples.
Historic Marbella, with its sandy beaches, boutiques and 16th century old town, is within a 20 minute drive.
Mijas Costa, boasting a traditional Spanish feel, is also loacted within a five minute drive from the apartment.
There is a cluster of local shops, restaurants and bars as well as a beautiful sandy beach located within walking distance of the apartment.

Malaga Airport is twenty minutes away
Granada Airport is ninety minutes away
The apartment will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must vacated for cleaning by 10am on day of departure.
