THE VILLA
Can Alegria is a wonderful stylish, spacious and very well appointed detached villa located in one of the most exclusive locations, midway Puerto de Pollenca with its sandy beaches, and the delightful old town of Pollenca itself, both ot which offer a wide variety of cultural events, all kind of shops and excellent tapas-bars and restaurants.
Surrounded by a typical Mediterranean garden with pond and a lovely floodlit 8x4 m swimming-pool, this tastefully furnished villa, which consists of a main-house (160 sqm, sleeps 4) and adjoining tower (40 sqm, sleeps 2-3) is ideally suited to a big family seeking their own space and a little independence.
The villa is also ideally suited to small groups of friends, cyclists, golfers, bird-watchers, kite-surfers.
This secluded non overlooked villa offers total privacy.
A car is recommended.
The villa is open all year. During winter months a high-quality wood burner is creating a warm cosy atmosphere.
Change over is SATURDAY.
THE RESORT
This resort has everything - with over 300 days of sunshine, wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back friendly atmosphere. The sheltered horseshoe shaped bay is set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range. No wonder it remains a favourite with families and couples who return time and time again. Very popular for walking, bird-watching, cycling, sailing, surfing, kitesurfing golf and all kind of watersports.
Pollenca and the Port have wonderful Markets every Sunday and Wednesday and also many fantastic festivals (incl. international music festival in July/August) troughout the year.

We had a wonderful family holiday. The weather was not so good but the villa made up for it. We have had a very nice hostess. The highlight of our holiday was Benji (the dog), who is the friendliest Mallorcan dog we met.
