The villa is located in a prestigious residential area, on a palm-fringed road leading to the Atalaya Park Hotel and beach just 600 meters away. The local supermarket and shops are a very short stroll taking about 5 to 10 minutes with a convenience store,two bars and a restaurant much closer by.

There are many restaurants all within easy walking distance and it is possible to eat in a different restaurant every night for at least 12 nights!

All the facilities of a first class hotel, good restaurants, day time attractions for the children, shops and night time entertainment are all close by at the Atalaya Park Hotel. San Pedro is a 5 minute drive away, Puerto Banus less than 10 minutes and Marbella less than 15 minutes drive, each has a beach, shopping centre and night time attractions. Malaga Airport is about 45 minutes drive away. Also very close to the villa are some of the best golf courses in Europe.

Villa Annabel’s garden is well stocked flowers and plants. One side of the garden has a view towards the mountains overlooking a tree filled valley leading to the Guadalmina Golf Hotel. A covered sun terrace runs along the length of the villa with a barbecue terrace equipped with furniture and lighting, enabling evening dining and entertainment.

Accommodation
ENTRANCE HALL leading to spacious LOUNGE/DINING ROOM with SKY satellite TV (the full package including sports),large stereo flat screen TV, i-Pod docking station, log burning fireplace and double doors on to the SHADED TERRACE.

MASTER BEDROOM has an ornate, Andalucian double bed, en-suite bathroom and doors opening onto to the TERRACE and GARDEN.

TWO MORE BEDROOMS with twin beds in each room, share the SECOND BATHROOM.

FOURTH BEDROOM with twin beds in a small room located next to the kitchen has a separate SHOWER ROOM.

KITCHEN, which was completely refurbished and equipped to a high standard in 2008. There is a door to an outside enclosed patio suitable for drying laundry.

The LARGE GARDEN is equiped with sun loungers and dinning table on the pool terrace and ample lounging furniture and and another larger dining table on the covered terrace. There is also a gas BBQ.

THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF THE VILLA IS 8 PERSONS plus a baby - There is a cot and high chair at the villa.

BROADBAND WIRELESS INTERNET IS INCLUDED. You just need to take your own laptop computer.

Twice weekly maid service of the villa, together with pool and garden service is provided. The staff are employed all year round, the villa being kept in good order at all times. Baby-sitting and extra maid service is available at additional cost.

Villa Annabel is thoroughly cleaned by maids before each new arrival of visitors. Where possible, special requests as to arrival and departure time are catered for.

Booking
A non-returnable deposit of £350 for every week booked is required to secure your booking. This will be applied to the balance of the rent due which is required ten weeks prior to your departure. If you are booking less than ten weeks before your departure, full payment will be required.

A returnable deposit of £500 is required in addition, against breakage’s and damage.

I am able to offer a car hire service with a leading rental company on the coast and can arrange airport transfers, please contact me for further details.

Rental prices are quoted weekly.....Cleaning takes place twice a week, on Saturday and one midweek included in the price of rental.
