Sandrine & Peter welcome you in their cosy, Andalusian style penthouse that overlooks the Mediterranean coast all the way from Gibraltar to Fuengirola.
Located in quiet surroundings and within a few minutes drive of Puerto Banús, Marbella centrum, Benahavís and San Pedro de Alcántara, playing golf, doing sports, shopping, beach & pool days and relaxing can be easily combined. The apartment complex resembles a typical Andalusian white village and includes two swimming pools, a gym, lush tropical gardens and a gated security.
This property is as suitable for families with children as for couples & parties looking for a relaxed holiday with a little bit of extra luxury. The interior is chosen to offer you that little extra that makes your holiday unforgettable. We have taken particular care in the furnishing and in all those small pleasing details to provide full convenience and a comfortable feeling. We have simply furnished and equipped the apartment in a way we like to experience a holiday home ourselves and only high quality furniture and appliances are used throughout the apartment.
The penthouse has an elegantly furnished lounge and dining section with entrance to a 30 m2 terrace facing south-west, viewing the sea. The terrace can also be reached from the master bedroom. On the 100m2 secluded sunroof terrace you will find your own Jacuzzi, a comfortable sofa group, sun loungers, a barbecue and a dining table for six persons. With an almost 360 degree view of sea and mountains and sun throughout the whole day it is a great place to relax, do some sun bathing and prolong your day with enjoyable dinners in the open air.
The Swedish beds as well as a choice of pillows will guarantee you a wonderful night of sleep. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom contains a double king-size bed, whereas in the second bedroom two singles could be combined into one double bed. Two extra foldable beds, as well as two baby cots are available upon request.
To avoid you the stress of doing shopping immediately upon arrival and instead allow you to relax and appreciate your holiday from the start, we offer a welcome package consisting of a chilled bottle of champagne, an assortment of cold drinks and snacks, a bottle of wine and some essentials for your first breakfast (coffee, tea, orange juice, croissants, marmalade, milk & cereals). Common kitchen consumables like spices, oils, sugar etc. as well as cleaning products and washing powder are available on a use-and-replace basis. In case something is missing you will find a large supermarket at walking distance.
Our very friendly and helpful concierge is on site daily and always there to help, should you have any questions or practical issues.
Many of our guests have come back time after time, which is the greatest recognition we can get! People usually appreciate the quietness and the amazing views. Families with children do like the proximity and convenience of the two pools, never too crowded although a nice area to socialise with other people. We have received numerous comments expressing our guests’ satisfaction about the warmth and nicely designed interior. And of course, the closeness to lively places like Puerto Banus, Marbella and the picturesque Benahavis is definitively a positive aspect: “Not right in the crowds, but close enough to get there when we want to”.
