The Villa was built in 1999 total size 300sqm plus 220sqm of terrace around. Situated in quiet location yet within easy reach from motorway (20 minutes drive from Malaga airport).
It is a detached, two storey villa with superb views of sea and mountains and consists of two independent apartments.
The Ground floor apartment (120m2) has an open plan fitted kitchen with dining area with an archway leading to the living room (air-condition-heather units fitted). Living room is very spacious with a sofa-bed for an extra sleep.
There are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite and one with separate bathroom. The apartment is surrounded with private terrace which leads to the swimming pool area (swimming pool size 10mx5m) . Pool area has a separate toilet and shower.
Nearby in the garden there is a complete kitchen and covered dining area.

Top floor apartment (180m2) has a central heating and air condition. Consists of spacious kitchen fully equipped, large living - dining room, two very good size double bedrooms and large bathroom.
Front of this apartment has a large veranda with spectacular view to the sea (only 3km away), steps lead to swimming pool area . The house is set in its own grounds (15,000sqm), fully fenced with many almond, olives and citrus trees. There is also full size tennis courts.
Also there is a covered carport for three cars and ample space for extra cars. The gate is equipped with automatic opening system. The whole area is very private and comfortable.

Nerja is just a 15 minute drive, Granada, 60 minutes and Sierra Nevada, 90 minutes. Málaga airport is a 55 minute drive and Granada airport 80 minutes. The beaches at Torre del Mar are only a 10 min drive. A huge Eroski shopping centre is the way to the beach. The is also a very good Water Park near Torre del Mar (just behind Eroski's). Take a 1 hr drive into La Alpujarra mountains for a wonderful day of outstanding beautiful scenery.
