This newly refurbished 2 bedroom self catering holiday home in La Maestranza is perfect for those golf and family holidays.
The compact East facing terrace, accessed via the living room and master bedroom, is a great little sun spot and perfect for out door dining, whilst the living room / dining area provides respite from the intense summer heat. For indoor relaxation the living room is ideal with comfy sofas, wi-fi and flat screen TV for your entertainment, with English free view channels. The kitchen and utility, though narrow, are fully functionally including a breakfast bar.
The sumptuous bedrooms allow complete relaxation. The warm, bold master bedroom has terrace access and an en-suite bathroom, whilst the guest bedroom has twin beds and is cool, calm and relaxing.
With its quiet footpaths, red roofs and rustic white walls, La Maestranza has the atmosphere of a typical quiet Andalucian village. The urbanization has 3 pools (including the children’s pool), plenty of green areas for sunbathing and relaxation and an onsite 24 hour security guard.
The location couldn’t be better… Within walking distance of the apartment you will find all amenities available. To name a few: 2 supermarkets, over 15 restaurants, a chemist, a dental centre, 3 banks, 2 delis and of course shopping till you drop in The world famous Puerto Banus. Every Saturday 9.30 - 14 the Puerto Banus street market is right at your doorstep.
Puerto Banus is only 15 min walk from the apartment. Puerto Banus, Marbella is the most fashionable resort in Southern Spain. It is a busy Marina, not only for some of the most impressive luxury yachts in the world, but also as one of the most popular locations for shopping, dining and nightlife in the Mediterranean.

|Notas:||A 25% non-refundable deposit is required when booking the apartment. The rest is due 10 weeks before arrival and the cleaning charge on arrival. The minimum stay in the apartment is 7 days. |
Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal (+2.5% fee) or credit cards (+2.5% fee).
The refundable security deposit is €200 and is due 2 weeks before arrival date. We will send a payment request via paypal. It will be refunded within 7 days after take an electric meter reading on arrival and departure from the apartment. A fair amount is included in the rent, but excessive use will be deducted from the security deposit.
You will be met by one of our representatives who lives near by with keys and shown around the apartment. There will also be a phone number given in case you need assistance during your stay.
Linen & bath (not beach) towels are provided. For information about extra linen, cots, high chairs or anything else you may require please contact us.
