The villa lies in a large garden of approx 1200sq m set out with local plants and trees. It enjoys its own private outdoor swimming pool and there is a bar-b-que. There are several terraces where you can sunbathe or enjoy a drink or a meal. Ample space is provided for the parking of up to three vehicles.

The internal accommodation
Two bedrooms, each with built in wardrobes and two single beds; 

Bathroom with toilet, bidet, bath with shower over and hand basin;

Second bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin;

Large kitchen with fridge-freezer, washing machine, gas and electric hob, oven and microwave;

Sitting room area equipped with modern flat screen TV with Spanish digital and many UK channels + usb input, also available are video and DVD players;

Dining room area with table, chairs, radio and CD player;

Glazed naya (sunlounge) with table and chairs and views across the valley

An ironing broad and iron are provided.

A wifi connection is provided for internet use.

A portable air conditioning unit is provided in the summer months.

In winter central heating can be provided for additional cost.

Notas
The villa has central heating. This can be activated during your stay for an additional charge but normally heating is not required apart from in the coldest winter months.

Limited speed internet access is available from a wireless router - a lan cable is also supplied.

An initial set of towels and bed linen are supplied. If you do not want to do your own laundy, further sheets and towels can be provided from our local manager at additional cost and must be arranges locally.

Notas
A deposit of £100 or 110 euros per week or per part of per
week is required to secure all bookings.

The villa is cleaned before and after occupancy only. If you require additional cleaning during your stay this can normally be arranged at additional cost.

The deposit will be returned following inspection of the premises after you leave and sent either by cheque to your home address or paid directly into your nominated bank account.

Costs of breakages and damage may be deducted from the deposit.

Late cancellation will normally mean the forfeit of all or part of the deposit. Please consider taking out appropriate insurance if you think you may have to cancel or there is a risk to your travel arangements.

Full payment for the entire rental period must have been received and cleared at least four weeks before the start of occupancy. Failure to do this could lead to the property being re-let and the deposit being forfeited.
