The Naya leads through to additional outside space at the front of the house and in the landscaped garden.
While a car is not necessary it can be a great advantage enabling cheap and easy travel this (one of Spains most beautiful) areas. This isnt just hyperbole. The "Marina Alta" area (both coastal and inland) really is a beautiful area and its well worth seeing beyond just the beaches.

Electricity - rather than making an additional charge for air conditioning or (winter) heating,
there is approx. 15- 20 euros worth of electric (per week) included in the rental rate
(this should be sufficient for general use), however more intensive use or use of air conditioning or winter heating units will very probably necessitate your use of the top up electric coin meter which is in the property. This seems to be the fairest way to handle the issue rather than automatically increasing the basic rental to cover an "assumed" use of electricity. Thanks.
Visitors with mobility problems can take advantage of the fact that there are two bedrooms which are downstairs as well as a downstairs bathroom.
How to get there
Fly to either Alicante or Valencia. Both are approximately one (easy) hours drive from property.
All the low cost airlines can be used as well as charter airlines and scheduled airlines.
