This Self Catering Luxury Villa has a fabulous Private Pool . It is ideal family accommodation for up to 10 persons This holiday Villa is on 2 floors and is ideal accommodation for 2 families as both floors have separate fully fitted kitchens, extensive lounge areas and separate sun bathing areas.
This large (220 sq. metres of living space) glorious Villa is set in a fabulous position on Avda Chimenea, within a short walk of Nerja town centre and no more than a 10 Minute walk of Burriana Beach. You therefore get the best of both worlds, a nice quiet residential area, yet within minutes you can be enjoying Nerja's fabulous beaches and restaurants.
The villa has Four Huge bedrooms but can easily accommodate 10 persons with 2 extra beds which can be provided:
Casa Verela is a light and airy, spacious property, suitable for a big family or groups sharing.
The villa is delightfull, enjoying a certain amount of privacy, without being isolated. It has easy access to the motorway which is 1 kilometre away which gives access to Malaga / Granada / Seville.

Nerja has a wonderful ideal all year round climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.
Nerja has numerous amenities, restaurants, beaches, shops and the world famous Balcon De Europe.
