Our luxury four bedroomed,two level, internet equipped villa is fitted to the highest standard, with a large heated pool.
There are two large covered pergolas for eating al-fresco & a seperate BBQ area. This is a large property of approx 300m2 build is approached from the lakeside road via a short track. We have wide double gates leading into a large sensor lit forecourt that will hold numerous cars, also making it secure for your children.
We are between La Vinuela and Los Romanes, with two excellent restaurants just around the corner from us. You can have as a relaxing holiday as you want or as energetic as you would like to make it. We have everything from fishing and sailing to Mountain Safari's.
We are only 15 minutes from the beaches of Torre Del Mar and 30 from the popular resort of Nerja. Should you wish to visit the fashion centre of Marbella, that will take just over an hour and Gibraltar a further hour from there. The Alhambra Palace in Granada will again take just over an hour, and we recommend guests to book their tickets on line during the summer to avoid disappointment, go a little further to the Sierra Nevada and hire mountain bikes in the summer and ski's in the winter!

Notas
This winter we have made dramatic changes to our villa, taking walls down, opening new doorways, new furniture and installing a salt-water pool. The villa is entered though large front door in to a spacious hallway with arches to the kitchen,on in to the utility room, back to the dining room with a step down in to the lounge. The utility room houses a washing machine fridge/freezer and dryer – a large Franke sink and is fully fitted with top of the range white goods. The large dining/kitchen has high quality Scandinavian units, an oven with matching S/S microwave, hob, extractor fan and dishwasher and breakfast dining area.
The lounge and dining room are connected by a large rustic arch and is approx 50m2; both have under-floor heating and air conditioning. The lounge has a built-in living flame gas fire, TV point, and Internet connection. There are patio doors leading to an integral porch with arches and balustrade overlooking the large kidney shaped pool and lake, this is ideal for eating or just admiring the view, there are external stairs to the poolside.
This floor has a guest toilet and the master bedroom with fitted wardrobe, A/C, and a luxuriously appointed en-suite, which comprises of hydro massage bath, twin basins, shower and toilet. From the bedroom there are large patio doors to a private balcony overlooking the lake. At the pool level there are three further double bedrooms two with fitted wardrobes, and A/C (one with an en-suite shower room), a family bathroom, a toilet (ideal for use from the pool)
The property is finished to a high standard throughout it is fully air-conditioned and double glazed. All opening windows and patio doors have fly screens and aluminium roller shutters.

Notas
Prices are in GBP£s per week but can be paid in €uros at that days exchange rate. A Rental Agreement will be emailed to you and bookings will be confirmed upon payment of a 25% non-refundable deposit with the remainder to be paid in full 6 weeks before holiday start date. Welcome packs will be provided with each arrival, and a ‘full shop’ can be pre-ordered by email, at cost, plus a €25 surcharge. We will require a GBP£200 refundable security deposit, subject to final inspection. We offer a 10% discount for bookings on the second of two weeks or more outside of the peak season.
The villa is thoroughly cleaned prior to occupation and again in accordance with length of stay.
We also have winter reductions for couples, maximum 2 people plus infant, and longer lets. Contact us for details.
