The villa has 4 luxurious bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms, Sleeps 8 in comfort (Plus 2 Folding beds available to sleep upto 10). Luxury linens and towels provided.

The Villa is nestled on the cliffs overlooking the clear blue mediterranean sea .

All rooms have spectacular sea views.
The Villa is approx 4000sq ft with very spacious accommodation, outside dining, BBQ, plus ample private parking.

Most beaches along the coast have received the prestigious European “Blue Flag” award for safety and cleanliness. There are many bars and restaurants offering top quality international cuisine.

Javea is a coastal town situated on the east coast of mid-Spain in the district of Valencia. The town has both Moorish and Roman connections and has grown from the original town on the hill beneath Mount Montgo (the local landmark) to include various districts which make up this holiday resort.

Javea Old Town is situated in the centre of Javea, with the main church and old covered market as its focal points. The Old Town has been refurbished in recent years and includes pedestrian areas with restaurants and shops.

Close to the centre are small lanes which lead to more modern areas. Near to the centre you will find a number of banks, the main post office and on Thursdays there is a town market which occupies the main car park to the north of the Old Town.

Javea Town is situated about a mile from Javea Port which lies below the Cabo de San Antonio. To the far end of the Port is the main marina which also includes a thriving commercial fishing centre. To the frontage of the port, adjacent to the pebble beach, are further pedestrian areas and many restaurants and shops for exploring. The final part that makes up the whole of Javea is the beach area, L’Arenal. The main beach is located virtually to the centre of Javea Bay and is positioned in a natural harbour.

The sandy beach is kept clean and includes volleyball courts and a childrens play area. The main attraction, apart from the sandy beach, is the wide pedestrian promenade which has a large variety of restaurants, generally of good quality, together with bars and shops. In the summer months, this promenade also includes an open air market every night which is a great attraction.


What makes Javea a most attractive place to spend a holiday is the fact that there are no sky-scraper buildings like most coastal resorts and it has therefore been able to retain its Spanish character.


Day trips in the area include Vergel Safari Park, Mundomar (exotic animal park), Aqualandia (water fun park) and for all the family a must visit is toTerra Mitica (theme park). Local sports include scuba diving, snorkelling, boat trips, jet skis and quad bikes.

The Moorish village of Guadalest, the Algar Falls and the caves at Benidoleig are also within easy reach. The local bodegas in Jalon are famous and are excellent places for wine tasting. For a special evening, visit the Benidorm Palace for dinner and a spectacular cabaret show. A car is, therefore, essential to enjoy your holiday.

Notas
A deposit of 25% is payable on booking. The final balance will be due 8 weeks prior to arrival. An additional refundable deposit of £300 is payable with the final balance and will be returned with 10 days of departure.

There is an optional linen change for stays of 2 weeks at a cost of 15 euros per room.

Mid stay cleaning is available at a cost of 15 euros per hour. (min 2 hours) if requested.

All linen, bath and hand towels are inclusive.

Air con charged at €130 per week
