Grass fenced to 6ft high for complete privacy. Not overlooked. Lounge around the pool or sunbathe on the rooftop solarium for that all over tan!.
The main bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets and built in wardrobes. It has a large ensuite with bath, basin and toilet.
The second and third bedrooms have twin beds, bedside cabinets and built in wardrobes.
There is a pull out double sofa bed in the large lounge.
Cot is also available.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all cutlery, dishes, glasses, cleaning equipment, large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and hob.

The lounge has English tv and plenty of seating. There is a dvd player with dvd movies.

The outside patio has seating and coffee table. There is an outside table and seating by the pool and sunbeds with pads.

There is a barbeque. Also located in the outside utility room is a washing machine.


La Marina itself has 4 shopping centres with English (and other nationalities) bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks. Everything you could want.

There is also a sports centre, a snooker club, flat green bowling and a free bus service to the beach (peak time). various coach trips are also available. The local street market is on Thursday and Sunday. Thursday being the better day of the two.

For the more adventurous there is Elche Safari park and horse riding are just some of the activities that are close by.

A visit to Santa Pola is a must for the more authentic Spanish environment and you may be tempted to take the short boat trip to the island of Tabarca where you can spend the day eating, drinking & snorkelling the clear crystal waters.

Benidorm is 40 mins away with Terra Mitica theme park. There are 3 aquaparks to choose from, golf, water sports, fishing and many other activities.

Arrival not before 4.00 pm Departure at 10.00 am but may be flexible - please enquire.
Electric meter in villa estimate £10-£15 per week depending on use of air conditioning. We cover up to 20 euros per week anything over that is deducted from the security deposit bond. This is to avoid abuse of the air conditioning etc. I hope you understand.
We also accept credit card/debit card payments, bank transfers and UK cheques
Cancellation 45 days or more loss of deposit
Cancellation 45-30 days before holiday 50% refund less deposit
Cancellation 30 days before holiday no refund

If costs for repairs or breakages exceeds the security deposit of £150 this will be invoiced separately.
A final clean is included in the rental price, but if additional cleaning is required due to the property being left in an unacceptable condition, additional charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
