Are you looking for a large place to enjoy a holiday with a big group? This villa consists of four apartments and can accommodate 23 people!

This villa is located in a dead-end street, ensuring a quiet place with a lot of privacy. Facilities include a private pool, a ping-pong and pool table, and private parking space for two or three cars. You can also enjoy a barbecue with the big stone barbecue at the pool area, perfect for the days when you just want to stay at the villa and cook a big meal for everyone!

You can find the entrance of this villa in front of the villa. This part of the villa has four bedrooms: two bedrooms suitable for 2 persons, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with one bunkbed and one single bed, with an ensuite bathroom with shower. Take the stairs to the upper floor and you will find a bathroom, a living room with a large balcony a huge kitchen fitted with all the equipment to suit your cooking needs.

From the parking entrance, you will then be led to the next two apartments. One of these offers two bedrooms with two double beds each, one bathroom complete with a bathtub and shower, and one fully furnished kitchen. The next apartment can be accessed by taking the stairs from the parking area, and features one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, and one complete kitchen.

You can find the fourth apartment at the same level as the pool area. This apartment contains 1 bedroom with 1 bunkbed and 1 single bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen.

In short a lovely villa with lots of space. Ideal for a holiday with a group of friends or family!

You can find Villa Jaruco in Lloret de Mar, in the urbanisation Condado del Jaruco, Costa Brava, Spain. The holidayvilla is around 2.5 km from the beach. About pets: small pet, a car is recommended.
The rental price includes normal use of water, electricity, gas and taxes.

THE FOLLOWING SPECIAL CONDITIONS APPLY FOR THIS HOLIDAY VILLA:
This villa is ideal for groups of youngsters, but ofcourse families are welcome too.

There is an elevated security deposit for youngsters (18 - 28 years) of € 500,00 and the rental of bedlinen (€15,00 per person) is obligatory.
