The villa is not overlooked and is approached via electric gates onto the parking bay which leads down Spanish steps between the arched planter gardens onto the tiled patio area. This leads to a gated 8m x 4m swimming pool with outside shower and patio alongside. There is an awning for shade, as well as a covered porch area.
The views from the swimming pool are stunning over the surrounding countryside. There is also a good selection of sun loungers and an outside sink and Spanish kitchen barbecue area for cooking all those al fresco dining experiences and sit back with your glass of wine and watch the sunset behind the mountains.
Air conditioned lounge at the front of the villa overlooking the pool and patio area with 360 degree views of the valley, sea and countryside, contains comfortable leather sofas with flat screen Samsung HD TV with Spanish channels and satellite TV, DVD player, LEG surround sound with USB port, free WiFi and library of films and books for your enjoyment. For your music taste there is an I Pod docking station for your personal I Pod.
Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, oven, hob, coffee maker, blender, juice blender, microwave all mod cons we also provide cool bag and unbreakable crockery for the beach.
The first of the twin bedrooms is located at the back of the villa with fabulous views over the countryside and contains two good quality twin beds, a large built in wardrobe with plenty of space and we provide a free standing fan for your comfort.
The Shower room is located between the twin bedrooms and contains a walk in shower with wash basin and close coupled wc again overlooking the countryside.
The second twin bedroom is located at the front of the villa and is overlooking the patio area this bedroom provides good quality beds, plenty of storage space with large built in wardrobes and a free standing fan for your comfort.
The air conditioned master bedroom and en suite shower room is located at the rear of the villa overlooking the countryside and has a comfortable king size bed, plenty of storage within two walk in wardrobes which is where the safe is located.
The typically Spanish town of Pego is a 5 minute drive with tapas bars village church and square ideal for day or night out for all the family. The beaches and coastal towns of Denia and Javea are 15 minutes away. Also nearby is La Sella, with it's famous championship golf course.
Monte Pego has its own tennis courts, petrol station and several delightful bar/restaurants. It is a select residential development on a dramatic hillside with fabulous views
The Monte Pego Restaurant at the bottom of the mountain serves an authentic paella, cooked from scratch allow one hour, highly recommended!! Barbeque every Friday in July & August, one price all you can eat and drink very popular with holidaymakers.
La Paz is situated on a mountainside and has the most wonderful outlook. It is essential to hire a car to make the most of the surrounding area.

Eating out is a joy with some of the best restaurants in this part of Spain only a short drive away .
Alicante and Valencia airports are 1 hour away, with plenty of cheap flights.
