Our superbly equipped villa stands in a beautiful garden, with all- round stunning mountain and lake views; it is easily accessible and only minutes from several excellent local restaurants and bars. Having cold or hot air-conditioning and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and living room, a sun room with glass curtains, and an efficient wood burning fire in the living room We are an ideal destination for an all year round holiday, especially when you consider our average winter temperatures and 300 days of sunshine a year.

Our villa is large and comfortable. From the spacious hallway you are in the open-plan living area, with a dining table seating eight. The flat screen TV with satellite reception facilities for British, German, French and other European free channels and a music centre are in the well furnished living room area. The kitchen has all of the appliances that you expect in a luxury villa, with the laundry facility confined to a separate utility room.

Across the hallway is the downstairs double bedroom with a double bed; it is
opposite the family bathroom where there is a four piece suite and a shower over the bath. The second downstairs double bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space. Going up the stairs you enter the luxurious master bedroom with a superking bed, double doors lead to the sun terrace with ‘those views’, and a further set of double doors leads on to a Juliet balcony. There is a large dressing room also with a Juliet balcony, and an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a superb multi-directional spray, walk in shower, and a larger than average bath, also equipped with a shower.


Outside; the extensive parking area leads in to the well kept gardens where there are plenty of trees, shrubs and flowering plants. The secluded private pool is close to a covered terrace where you can relax and enjoy the evening sunshine or shelter from the midday sun. The pool is equipped with an optional water jet for swimmers seeking more demanding exercise whilst around the pool there are sun-beds and parasols for the less energetic. The sun room is where outdoors and indoors merge together, we have very comfortable seating for the family to relax in and while away those days and evenings,

The area has numerous activities that include; walking, cycling and horse riding, there are many scenic drives, adventurous Land Rover Safaris, with wildlife and water parks to visit. There again, you can have a relaxing game of golf at one of the two, nearby clubs, we also have four sets of right-hand clubs available for hire.

Notas
Changeover days;
We are flexible with changeover days and times into and out of the villa, but when needs must, we will ask you to leave by 11.00 and not have access until 16.00 to allow the housekeepers and maintenance staff to complete their tasks. Where guests are scheduled to arrive and depart the villa between the hours of 00.01 - 00.70 there will be a surcharge of €30.
Booking notes Prices are in Pounds per week, and bookings will be confirmed upon payment of a 25% non-refundable deposit with the remainder to be paid in full 6 weeks before holiday start date. Welcome packs will be provided with each arrival, and a ‘full shop’ can be pre-ordered by email, at cost, plus a €30 surcharge. A £7GBp or €9Eu per person, accidental damage waiver will be added to your final balance payment, this will cover accidental damage up to £150GBp. We offer a 10% discount for bookings of two weeks or more outside of the peak season.
