The house is located in Gran Alacant on Spain’s Costa Blanca (“White Coast”). Alicante International Airport is only 10 minutes away and the bustling town of Torrevieja is a 30 minutes drive down the N332.

The property is situated at the top of the Gran Alacant hill. The hill overlooks the beautiful Mediterranean Sea and is surrounded by Public land with Mediterranean pine trees. Hillside location gives fabulous sea views of the Alicante Bay and the island of Tabarca. The protected beach of Carabasí and the extensive beach of Arenales Del Sol are less than a 15-minute walk. There are a number of local bars and restaurants and two supermarkets about 5 minutes walk from the house. The area enjoys over 340 days of sunshine per year.

Alicante Town, with its restaurants, bars, museums, shopping and nightlife, is 15 minutes away by car. There is also a regular bus service between Alicante and Santa Pola. Resorts such as Guardamar, popular with the Spanish holidaymaker, are within 20 minutes drive. For the sporting enthusiast, the area is famous also for its many beautiful golf courses.


Accommodation (Sleeps Maximum of 6)

Ground Floor : The lounge has 2 settees, a coffee table and a welsh dresser. This room also contains CD player and a TV and video/DVD player. The dining area will accommodate 6 people. There is a spacious kitchen which contains a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, electric cooker and microwave oven. Also on the ground floor is a shower room with a toilet.

First Floor : 3 double bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and two bedside tables. The other two bedrooms have two single beds, wardrobes and bedside tables. There are two further bathrooms on this floor; one en-suite and one family bathroom.

Second Floor : The roof terrace has fantastic views of the mountains and the sea. On the solarium there is a barbeque, sun loungers and a table which seats six people.

The property has a beautifully tiled front area and is less than a minute away from the communal pool. The pool is set in beautiful gardens which overlook Alicante Bay.

There are ceiling fans in the main reception rooms and all the bedrooms.

Cleaning done by keyholders who are paid by visitors upon entry to the property.
