Me and my family stayed 6 months here. We had a very warm welcome from Monica, the local administrator. She was always available for questions and help when we needed her. The apartment had nice furniture. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed and the little things we missed were provided very quickly by the landlord. Our stay was over the winter but even though it was not to cold because of the heating units which were available - which is not as a matter of course in that area. The place is right at the beach, around 10 minutes by foot to the city centre. Right next door are a lot of little places where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a piece of cake. We would love to come back here! Enjoy your stay!

The apartment is nice but very very noisy by other owners/people in the apartments. They are noisy the whole day till the evening. Also is there the whole day/evening a smell of cooking. The cleaning of the apartment is very bad. Monica who gives us the key and bring us to the apartment by arrival was very kind and helpfull. She was great. Also is there a serious Parking problem in the area and when you are going shopping of something else with the car and you came back there isn't a parking for the car.

This review is our first negative (under 3 stars) one on cleaning and on property expectations. For the former we are surprised but have adviced our "client welcome" assistant, and our feedback is that this client did not mention anything at his arrival or during his stay to our assistant (Monica), and neither did me as owner receive it (I visited the property the day after arriving clients to make a check on the door key and brifley talked with the clients); and for the latter, we believe the web reflects what this private apartment offers. Rating on both issues on previous clients do not endorse this client review, but we appreciate this comments which was triggered by a "comment request" of owner (client did not proactively rate the property) In regards to parking, the town offers free and reasonable space, including a massive and free outdoor parking just 50m from the apartments (Check Google Maps; 36° 1'5.62"N 5°36'40.76"W); but yes, in Summer it´s not always possible to park on the front door. We do offer optional indoor parking on the building, being places owned from third parties at 10 eur/day but we can not confirm availability till arrival

The lovely, well equipped apartment is in an ideal position right by the beautiful beach.

Every thing was as stated just a comment that allowing for the heat it took us longer than 5 mins to walk into the town. Being right on the beach made up for that. the apartment was very well equipped and the location was ideal.
