The house is beautiful and it met all our expectations. We were 2 adults with our 6 kids there and everyone liked it. We thought the Swimmingpool area were in the backyard but it’s few meters away but it was okay the kids had a blast. The owner Luis is very helpful and nice. We recommend this house

Beautiful house and friendly owner. Though the pool is shared there were very few people besides us. Quiet neighborhood.

We spent a vacation in this house. Our company - three people. Were amazed by the comfort and the coziness that awaited us there. Beautiful, spacious veranda with a great view of the ocean and mountains. On it you can sit for hours and watch the sunset. Very quiet and calm - real relax. The whole house is equipped with all household appliances and dishes. So you can cook by yourself. Beautiful furniture and interior details. The beds in the bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. Near the house are many shops, supermarkets, bars and also very nice beaches. In general we are delighted!!! We recommend this house to everyone! Special thanks to Luis! He is a friendly man and a real professional.

We were a group of 7 adults staying at the villa for 1 week in February. The pictures really do not show how nice it is and they make it look smaller when in reality it's much larger and tastefully decorated. There's two (afternoon-evening) sun terracess with amazing sunset views and the house is very safe with a locked gate and alarm system. It's in a very nice quiet residential area but if you don't enjoy walking down to the Adeje coast for about 20-30 minutes (downhill and uphill) I would suggest renting a car that you can park right outside the villa. All in all would strongly recommend it and Luis was very nice and helpful during our stay. Only downside was the wifi signal could have been better on the bottom floor and on the outside terrace.
