Perfect family apartment with 2 bedrooms for 4 (5) persons. One double bedroom with built-in-wardrobes and access to the south facing terrace. The second room has two single beds also with built-in-wardrobes (It is designed as a children's room). The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and another with shower.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The living-room has a dining table for 4 people, sofa (sofa bed) with access to the beautiful south facing terrace, which has a nice dining table and sitting area with electric awning. From the terrace there is a wonderful view to the nearby town of Nerja and the 2 pools of the urbanization.
The living room has flat screen, DVD, satellite TV, printer and Iphone Speakers.
There is a mattress for the 5. person.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
There is controlled air-conditioning, heating and cooling.
In the urbanization there is a small kiosk and two large swimming pools that belong to the common area. They are open all year.
