We have just returned from our week at Koos' villa. What a gem! Serene countryside, uninterrupted views of the valley, beautiful and tastefully restored house with a pool. First class accommodation in a first class setting. Very clean and of the highest quality to the smallest detail. The host was extremely helpful and friendly with good communication. There is no improvement I can suggest. 5* with confidence, we shall return.

This is simply to best place we have ever stayed in. We actually had week in August 2018 and was so upset to leave we immediately booked 2 weeks for August 2019! Koos, the owner, is the most helpful and caring person you could ever meet. The property is superb. Roomy and really well equipped. The pool is real asset. Clean and well maintained. La llacuna is such a charming village. Everything you need for your holiday (pharmacy, butchers, store, deli, bakery) We would love to go again, but we've visited everything in the area and are looking to go elsewhere, but if you want someone quiet, relaxing with amazing views that near Barcelona and Tarragona, then this is the place. Highly recommend.

What a fabulous Villa! It's a beautiful old stone house in a really beautiful setting. The views from the house, garden and pool are stunning. The house was spotless and really nicely furnished. It was really well kitted out with loads of towels, face cloths, coffee pods etc. We stayed for 9 nights and had lazy days by the pool and day trips to Barcelona, Salou and Sitges. Koos was very helpful. Many thanks Koos.

We had a wonderful week at Cal Matias. The property was lovely and the owners extremely helpful. Would recommend this property without hesitation.
