Bathroom – fully furnished, including a tub with shower, a hair dryer, etc.
Bath towels are provided - solely for use within the apartment. Guests are requested to bring their own beach towels.
Terrace 1 – equipped with a large table and 6 chairs, a large parasol.
Terrace 2 – equipped with sun beds and a small table. Additional transportable pool chairs are available.
Parking – one private underground parking lot in the secure compound (remote control for the main compound gate).

Even in October we had wonderful warm weather - great for swimming in the afternoons and longs walks in the evenings. The nearby beaches are mostly with pebblestones, nice sand beaches are in 10mins car distance. We also enjoyed 2 nice pools within the compound. We visited Vinaros, Peniscola, Benicarlo and Traiguera where we bought ceramics from a local artist. The apartment seemed newly furnished and we found everything we needed. My husband was happy about large flat TV :) We parked our car safely in underground garage.

C'est simple, tout a été parfait... Superbe appartement correspondant à la description, plage à 7 mn à pieds, très bons contacts avec le loueur... Les petites plages et l'eau de la mer à 26°, un vrai plaisir... Après la mer, un petit plongeon dans les piscines de la résidence avant de rentrer... Je recommande cette location...

alleen jammer dat er zoveel regels zijn bv niet met luchtbed ,bal in zwembad en je mag er niet roken buiten en een simpele lunch doen zoals broodje of zak chips want dan staat gelijk de beheerster bij je maar het appartement is perfect misschien de regels vermelden op de website groetjes piet en lia
