Altos Reales villa (210m2) with 3 bedrooms, private garden on large plot (734m2), large terrace (14x4m), roof deck with beautiful sea views, private pool (11x4m) with shallow end (depth from 1m to 2m), high speed internet, WiFi and BBQ Grill; all these are the ideal setting for an unforgettable holiday spent along with your family.

~ Inside

The main attraction of this beautiful villa (210m2) is the spacious and very luminous living room. The marble tiles, the elegant furniture and the neat aspect make this space a very comfortable one. There are three distinct sitting areas and a dining area in this very large living room. You may savor your morning coffee on the corner sofa by a glass and wrought iron coffee table. In the late afternoons you can enjoy the comfortable sofa and armchairs by the fireplace. You have here a flat screen TV and an elegant looking coffee table. The lamps with shades make this place perfect for reading or simply enjoying the pool and garden views. If you prefer an intimate talk you may sit by the round table which enables you to have a cup of tee and enjoy the garden views. The dining area is very apart from the sitting area, placed in a luminous corner with a large window and a sliding door leading to the terrace and garden. The wooden round dining table can seat up to six guests.

The master bedroom placed on the first floor is spacious and has a king size bed (180x200cm), nightstands and lamps with shades. The furniture is elegant yet homey. You have a writing desk in one corner. This bedroom is enabled with very large wall to wall wardrobes. A large sliding door leads to the balcony from where you may enjoy beautiful views over the urbanization, the garden and the pool. The en suite bathroom has elegant marble tiles, double sink, bathtub with shower, bidet and toilet. Due to the three windows it has natural light. The guest bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm), nightstands with lamps, very large wardrobes. It has a large sliding door that gives you access to the balcony. The en suite bathroom has a shower cabin, sink, bidet and toilet. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (80x190cm), an elegant wardrobe, armchair and a nightstand. The sliding door enables you to exit to the balcony.

The kitchen is homey and has all the appliances needed for a comfortable stay: toaster, oven, dishwasher, vitro ceramic, microwave, fridge, freezer, water kettle, kitchen utensils, extractor.

~ Garden and terraces

This villa has a large and manicured garden (734m2) and terraces that complete the perfect scenery for a magnificent holiday. The garden features exotic plants and a very balanced composition. In the middle of the garden you have a free shaped swimming pool (11x4m) with a shallow end of 1 meter and a deep end that has 2 meters. The pool is easily accessible from the villa. At the opposite end of the pool you may spend time on the sun loungers under the umbrella.

The terrace has two distinct areas: a sitting area and a dining area. The sitting area has comfortable outdoor furniture, large sofa, armchairs, coffee table. From here you may admire the entire garden. If you want to have fun you can play as the terrace is enabled with a football table. If you feel like dining outdoors you have a spacious wooden table for 8 and a typical Spanish looking BBQ grill with water tap and cupboards.

On the first level of the villa you have a balcony accessible from all three bedrooms and from here you may admire the area and your own pool and garden.

The deck roof offers magnificent mountain views and sea views. You also have a BBQ here that allows you to enjoy the sightseeing while having a snack.

The villa is located in Altos Reales urbanization (Monte Paraiso area), a perfectly maintained urbanization of amazing private villas with concierge and security guards, at 1.5 km from sea and at 2.3 km from Marbella city center.

~ Restaurants&Shopping

In only 500m from the villa you have a small commercial center (Camojan Centro Comercial) where you have a pizza bar, Spizza & GO, and some banks with ATM. In 800m (10min walk) you have La Virginia restaurant inside La Virginia urbanization. In 1.9km you reach the main street in Marbella, avenida Ricardo Soriano and here you have many supermarkets and restaurants. First, you will see an El Corte Ingles store where you have Starbucks Coffee and a HiperCor supermarket. On the other side of the road you have a Burger King fast-food. Mama Gina restaurant is right next to the Palacio de Congresos. In this area you also have a SuperCor supermarket open every day until late in the night and a SuperSol and Lidl supermarkets.

~ Activities

At only 2.3 kilometers from the villa you'll reach downtown Marbella with it's famous historic center and The Orange Square or Plaza de los Naranjos. The Orange Square is full of mature Sevilla orange trees and in spring the delicate scent of orange blossom permeates the streets of the old town creating an enchanting atmosphere. Also, Marbellas narrow streets in the old town are filled with cozy shops, restaurants and cafeterias and i'm sure you'll spend a wonderful time exploring them.

Puerto Banus is the main attraction on Costa del Sol, known as the pole of luxury and parties. At 1.5 km you'll reach one of the most famous harbors on Costa del Sol. It has berths for 915 boats, including those of the King of Saudi Arabia and several of the world's wealthiest people. Its streets are lined with expensive luxury boutiques like Christian Dior, Gucci, Bvlgari, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, and others.

If you are interested in long walks on the sea shore you will surely discover the promenade which can take you to all the interesting and exotic bars and clubs along the harbours of Costa del Sol.
