Set inside the castle walls and now a declared historic protected area, this delightful house with its boutique quality interior, is close to the main Church Square and is only a 6 minute walk to the beach front and Modern Town Center, making it a prime location perfect for a luxury living experience
With this property our aim was to complement the most interesting and beautiful historic materials with contemporary, high-finish design pieces. From the centenary floor tiles, stone walls, wooden beams and an Art Deco stained glass wall feature to the luxurious bathroom and all-inclusive kitchen with top of the range appliances, makes a stay in this property equivalent to being the Jewel in the Crown.
You enter this 1 bedroom property (2 additional beds can be added) through wonderful antique wooden doors where you are immediately greeted by a spacious hallway and wind rose-patterned floor tiles.
The double bedroom, with top of the range bed and luxury bed linen, as well as ample wardrobe space, is situated on the ground floor. With double glazed windows, air conditioning and under floor heating, you can enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep whatever the time of year you choose to visit.
There are built-in wardrobes to provide ample storage for short or longer stays
The adjacent modern bathroom consists of an extra large walk-in shower, suspended toilet and luxury hand basin.
The first floor is host to the spacious living room which is immaculately decorated with 1920’s floor tiles, wooden beams and a wood-burning fireplace that leads onto the modern fully-equipped kitchen and dining area.
This area is perfect for relaxing. There is a book library for your use, a flat screen television with satellite TV and SD photo card reader, and DVD player. Ipods can also be connected to the music system.
The stunning sun terrace, with separate toilet and wet room, covers the footprint of the property. With inviting, designer seating and dining areas shaded by a large, easy to-use parasol for relaxing or eating. There is an additional kitchen area with BBQ, all surrounded by Mediterranean foliage and mood lighting. You can sit back, relax and take in the beautiful old town skyline views in a truly romantic setting.
The large mature plants are all on automatic watering systems
To make your stay more comfortable there is free high speed Wifi, English & Norwegian Satellite Television, air conditioning, heating and double glazing throughout.
We supply the finest bed linen, fluffy white towels in the bathroom, beach towels and all the basics you would need during your stay (hairdryer, tea, coffee etc.)
The house has its own telephone and guests will be able to receive calls and also make free calls to Spanish land lines.
Although there is sufficient parking close to the house guests have the possibility of renting a garage just 20 meters from the house with a weekly cost of 50€.
We are more than happy to arrange airport transfers and any shopping requirements prior to arrival.

|Notas:||To reserve the property we ask for a 250€ reservation deposit and the final balance 8 weeks before arrival. There is an additional cleaning fee of 60€. The refundable security deposit of 200€ is paid when entering the house and is returned directly when guests vacate the house and return the keys. Our cleaning fee is based on two people staying in the house , for extra guests there is a further 20€ per guest per week|
